Light is ON – To be slim
This project is dedicated to working with excess weight without medication 💊 It’s not a marathon, but a careful accompanying of the process!
We want to say that in this project we are not about “an improved version of yourself”. We are not about “love for yourself” through the external. Here is the territory of identification, exit from illusions, restoring of integrity on multiple levels. This inevitably entails external changes, but our goals lie at the heart of it all: worldview, attention, perception.
Feedback from our participant after the first session
💨 Relaxation like after a bath. I liked the session format 😁
Participant: I noticed a strange thing. I used to take a bath every evening, I had to after each day, otherwise I just couldn’t calm down, even if I felt bad, I still went into the bath. And after our session, it was so much quieter that I never wanted to be there in a week, even though it was my only salvation.

Participant:
Everything seems calm, too.
No overeating.
There was no panic.
Participant:
I summarize what I said yesterday. For now, after the first session, I notice the following:
Although the hunger returned after the withdrawal of the medication, I eat less overall than before the medication exactly.
What is important, I can even safely gather enough balanced meals without dreaming about something greasy and harmful (as it used to be).
Generally, there is no constant appetite for junk food: when I choose, for example, what to order, there is no desire to immediately buy all the burgers
I can leave the food in peace if it’s full, but I don’t overeat.
!!! It is important to note about the panicked appetite for food: despite the withdrawal of medication, which suppresses appetite, cravings have not arisen, i.e., chemical stimulants are no longer needed that affect the brain and body chemistry so that you want to eat less. After the session, my appetite has leveled up and I don’t feel like eating a bad meal.
🎥 The participant also noted that she would no longer be triggered by videos that caused her mental pain, annoyance and anger. This suggests that the dissolving of internal conflict led to a lack of willingness to look at external conflicts. That is to say, what was causing the internal pain has now lost its meaning, has lost such a charge. And therefore no longer need to cash it through external, such as video 🩵
