Q: Are you testing techniques on yourself – was there a method that really “broke” you, and then reassembled you?
Daria: Phew, that’s the question! At each new level of expanding my consciousness and improving capabilities and energetical capacity of my body, there was such a “hacker” method – from body therapy to healing guided meditations.
Q: Today there are a lot of coaches and psychologists – how can a person understand, that you are a coach for her/him and it’s not just about “to talk and that’s it”?
Daria: I guess, a match should happen at the level of values and trust. We are often attracted by resonating with people. A person intuitively feels that she/he will find a solution to her/his request with me or our joint work will be an important component in her/his search. My client is a person who sincerely wants and is ready to work on her/his request, she/he is not looking for a way to escape from pain and problems. She/He is ready to get mature and wiser.
Q: You say that you transform even through conversation – at what point does the usual dialogue become a point of change?
Daria: This could be the moment a person feels they can easily and in a comfort way “walk out their entire zoo” in my presence/field. This means that I am in a state of acceptance and can withstand and contain her/his pain, feelings, energy. And when a person gets answers to her/his questions, there often happens an ‘aha-moment’, here comes the awareness of crucial things and understanding how everything works from the psyche to the invisible-to-the-eye laws of life.
Q: Are there requests you don’t work with and why?
Daria: I do not work with small children, as here I do not possess enough knowledge and experience. I do not work if a person has very powerful resistance or she/he comes tuned in a state of mind “well, surprise me” and is not involved in the process. For other requests, I decide after the kick-off meeting. I can redirect to a colleague if I understand that her approach/technology will work faster and will be more effective.
