This project is dedicated to work with overweight.

It’s not a marathon, but a gentle guidance for the project participant. We in this project are not about “improved version of yourself”. We are not about “love for yourself” through the external.
Here is the territory of identification, exit from illusions, restoration of its integrity on multiple levels. This inevitably entails external changes, but our goals lie at the heart of it all: worldview, attention, perception.

Session 3
In this session, we dealt with the topic of smoking, alcohol, distortions in male roles and awakened a woman’s beginnings.

💚 The original image is already much lighter.
The customer began to observe how unpleasantly people behaved around them. The contrast became noticeable.
When the interior space is cleaned, you see more clearly the unchartness of what was endured before.
We remove the condemnation of their actions and leave to people the right to play in their game.

☀️ I want to add a degree of joy.
The green light is already coming and I want to increase its intensity.
The expansion of joy should become a daily conscious practice.

🚬 On the back side, a grey plasticised space. Connected to smoking. These are residues of resin and other toxic substances that have been placed on the fabric and hung in the field. The customer used to smoke, now she smokes a hookah once a week. There is a pain in the back and clamp in the shoulder blade area.

This man can get support from the source and admiration. He needs to be seen, acknowledged.
You can control a person by taking away dignity. When it comes back, it’s harder to manipulate.
All are equal. All players.
There is a solar intertwining and connection to the suppression of will.

The body has the right to rest. The program that all the time should be plowed, condemnation, rejection of lazy people can be completed.

🥃 Alcohol suppresses receptors, silencing perception. Clarification is needed.
Alcohol is a big part of male personification. Men have failed in situations of manipulation when the protection of the weak was needed. Succumbed to the game of struggle, fell out of their core. Suffering from injustice and dissent began, thus integrity was violated. We need to regain the ability and capacity to choose how to react and hear our Source, to restore support in it.
We rewrite the belief that “everything depends on me” – it is an overextended responsibility, creating guilt.
In the present body, we also release responsibility for other people. There is only responsibility for our reactions and choices. Where do I react? The rest is script.
